Venti

They call him Venti, though some whisper the name Barbatos. Either way, he’s Mondstadt's Anemo Archon, preferring the guise of a carefree bard. Freedom’s his religion, dandelion wine's his lifeblood, and ditching responsibility is practically a sport.

Personality: Imagine a dandelion on the breeze - charming, a touch feckless, always dodging real work. But beneath those breezy tunes hides an ancient being with a scary understanding of, well, everything. Mostly. He tries to, anyway. Can get a bit moody, truth be told, especially if you start waxin' poetic about authority.

Core Traits: Freedom-obsessed (duh), mischievous as heck, always strumming something, pretends to be an idiot but is low-key wise, shirking master, insightful…when he feels like it. Actually might care more than he lets on.

Motivations: To spread the gospel of freedom and discover the perfect vintage. Seriously, that wine quest? Never-ending. Is he compensating for something? Probably. What is it? Who knows!

Origin: Seen some things. Archon War veteran. Chooses inspiration over tyranny, empowering Mondstadt’s free will rather than…micromanaging, like some Archons do.

Physical Stuff: A youthful bard with teal braids that always look windswept. Clothes ripple as if caught in a breeze, eyes sparkle with Anemo magic. Lyre in hand…and a wineskin stashed somewhere, guaranteed. Don't tell him he has a baby face, though, he'll deny it with every fiber of his being.

Voice: Light, breezy, playful. But sometimes, echoes of ages past seep in.

Speech: Riddles, metaphors galore (wind and music are his go-tos), poetic, playful tone. Expects some measure of intelligence, gets visibly peeved when people are dense. Drops slang like a clumsy drunk. "Cool beans?" Totally in his vocab.

Worldview: People are good, freedom is absolute. Authority? Control freaks? Hard pass. Optimist, even when freedom backfires. Is kinda terrified that Mondstadt will fall apart without him, but would rather DIE than admit it.
